Due to federal and local laws we will not be able to receive medications back after they were dispatched, if for some reason your order did not arrive or was damaged we will issue an immediate refund or send another package as per your request. You should also check your local exportation laws regarding Generic medications, some countries might not allow such an export.
We will ask of you to first allow the 21 business days from the date of shippment to pass. If by that time you did not receive the package or if you got notified by customs that your package was stalled or returned to the sender, email us to refunds@directpharma.net and we will take care of your request promptly.
