How do I submit an order?
When you click to submit an order after choosing a product to purchase, you will be directed to our SSL secured server where you will begin the order checkout process. In addition to giving us your shipping and billing information, you will also need to answer a short medical questionnaire in order to provide important information about your physical condition. Your order will then be submitted for approval and processing.
What happens once I place my order?
After you place your order, the information you provided will be reviewed by a licensed physician, who will either approve or decline your request. If the physician approves your order, he or she will set your order status to approved, and our pharmacy will be notified. At this point your order will be filled and shipped to you via USPS or other courier services if the shipping address is in Europe. The package you will receive includes information explaining the usage, dose, and any precautions and warnings for that medication.
How can your prices be so low?
We keep our prices low and our quality of the highest level, simply by reducing costs where possible. Low margins, small staff, batch shipping, more returning customers, no physical distribution center, and more. Transferring our business to the web reduced our maintenance costs by 50%, and enabled us to offer our customers much more affordable prices. By working online, we save on rent fees, employees, equipment, and pass the savings on to you.
What are generic medications?
A generic medication is a copy that is the same as a brand-name medication in dosage, safety, strength, how it is taken, quality, performance and intended use.
Are generic medications as safe as brand-name medications?
Yes. Since generics use the same active ingredients and are shown to work the same way in the body, they have the same risks and benefits as their brand-name counterparts.
Do generic medications take longer to work in the body?
No. Generic medications work in the same way and in the same period as brand-name medications.
Why are generic medications less expensive?
Generic medications are less expensive because generic manufacturers do not have the investment costs of the developer of a new medication. New medications are developed under patent protection. The patent protects the investment-including research, development, marketing, and promotion-by giving the company the sole right to sell the medication while it is in effect. As patents near expiration, manufacturers can apply to the FDA to sell generic versions. Because those manufacturers do not have the same development costs, they can sell their product at substantial discounts. Also, once generic medications are approved, there is greater competition, which keeps the price down. Today, almost half of all prescriptions are filled with generic medications.
Are brand-name medications made in more modern facilities than generic medications?
No. Generic firms have facilities comparable to those of brand-name firms. In fact, brand-name firms are linked to an estimated 50 percent of generic medication production. They frequently make copies of their own or other brand-name medications but sell them without the brand name.
If brand-name medications and generic medications have the same active ingredients, why do they look different?
In the United States, trademark laws do not allow a generic medication to look exactly like the brand-name medication. However, a generic medication must duplicate the active ingredient. Colors, flavors, and certain other inactive ingredients may be different.
What is an online consultation?
Online consultations are a recent innovation in health care, taking advantage of the web in order to improve the patient's access to a physician. Instead of receiving a traditional physical exam by a physician, the patient completes an online questionnaire. Patients who require further advice will communicate with the physician online by secure e-mail. Not all customers are able to order Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra. It depends on your current medical status. Although online consultations will never completely replace traditional medical methods, they do provide a way for patients to be treated for a limited number of conditions that, in certain circumstances, may not require a physical exam.
