How do I submit an order?

When you click to submit an order after choosing a product to purchase, you will be directed to our SSL secured server where you will begin the order checkout process. In addition to giving us your shipping and billing information, you will also need to answer a short medical questionnaire in order to provide important information about your physical condition. Your order will then be submitted for approval and processing.

What happens once I place my order?

After you place your order, the information you provided will be reviewed by a licensed physician, who will either approve or decline your request. If the physician approves your order, he or she will set your order status to approved, and our pharmacy will be notified. At this point your order will be filled and shipped to you via USPS or other courier services if the shipping address is in Europe. The package you will receive includes information explaining the usage, dose, and any precautions and warnings for that medication.

How can your prices be so low?

We keep our prices low and our quality of the highest level, simply by reducing costs where possible. Low margins, small staff, batch shipping, more returning customers, no physical distribution center, and more. What are generic medications?

What are your shipping policies?

Quick and simple. Your order will be filled, shipped, and delivered within 7 to 14 business days (for brand pills) and 7 to 21 business days (for generic pills) depending on your whereabouts. We will notify you by email if there is a problem with fulfilling your order. You will receive a confirmation email when your product is shipped out.

Do you ship everyday?

We do not process orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 2:00 pm EST on a Friday, the order will be saved at the logistics department and processed the following Monday.

What is your refund policy?

Due to federal and local laws we can not receive medication back after they were dispatched, if for some reason your order did not arrive or was lost - we will issue an immediate refund or send another parcel as per your request.

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by sending a cancellation request on the "contact us" section.
